Jill Johnson
Jill first went to a yoga class when recovering from a neck injury. She has found her regular practice brings her contentment and balance in life.
Jill began teacher training to learn more and now she teaches to share the benefit of yoga.
“I really enjoy teaching, especially when I see my students experiencing what I love”.

Erica Silva
Erica started attending yoga classes because she had a back problem. Her first Iyengar class was taught by Margaret Carter. That was over 15 years ago, and she has stayed with Margaret ever since. She was hooked! Yoga really was a salvation when Erica later had problems to overcome and it gave her space and peace of mind. Erica still loves yoga as much as she ever did.
One of her favourite things is sharing it. “If you love something, it is a joy to give it back.” Enthusiasm is the hallmark of Erica’s teaching. Students comment that her classes are lively and fun to attend.

Erica
"Classic poses when practised with discretion and awareness bring the body, mind and consciousness into a single, harmonious whole"
quotation by BKS Iyengar
